The traditions you each come from
Most couples bring two sets of customs to the wedding, and sometimes two religions or two countries. Elsker has a guide for each of 29 traditions, so you can read about yours and about your partner's.
The composer asks what you would like the wedding to include, such as honoring your families, a blessing, food for your guests, or music and dancing. It then suggests customs from your traditions and explains why families keep them, which gives you something clear to talk through with both sides of the family.
If you are combining two traditions, a blended wedding keeps both of them and names both. There are 11 guides for common combinations.

Many free planners are paid by the vendors who want to reach engaged couples, which is why the calls and emails start soon after you sign up. Elsker is paid for by the couples and planners who use it, so it has no reason to share what you tell it.

What Elsker costs
The couple plan is $289, paid once, for one wedding. You can use everything free for 60 days first, with no card. If you buy and change your mind, you can have a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
