1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Elsker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Elsker provides wedding planning tools including timeline management, guest list organization, budget tracking, vendor management, and cultural tradition integration. The Service is offered in free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime purchases provide permanent access to premium features.

5. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period are handled on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting malware, violating laws, or using the Service for purposes other than wedding planning.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
